Seed Loading: The operator places mustard seeds (or other oilseeds) into the machine’s hopper.
Screw Pressing: The machine uses a screw mechanism to crush and compress the seeds. As the screw turns, it exerts pressure on the seeds, extracting oil.
Heat Regulation: The BTCOP-07 has a variable heat setting. Heat helps in breaking down the cell walls of the seeds, aiding oil extraction. The operator can adjust the heat level as needed.
Motor Power: The 0.5 HP motor drives the screw, ensuring efficient seed crushing, requiring a 220V connection with a 1 hp inverter, ensuring efficient seed crushing.
Material Contact Parts: The parts that come into contact with the seeds are made of stainless steel (SS 304-L), ensuring hygiene and preventing contamination.
Working Time: The machine can operate continuously for up to 12 hours.

7.Output: The extracted oil flows out through an outlet, while the crushed seed residue (cake) remains inside.
