  1. Seed Loading: The operator places mustard seeds (or other oilseeds) into the machine’s hopper.
  2. Screw Pressing: The machine uses a screw mechanism to crush and compress the seeds. As the screw turns, it exerts pressure on the seeds, extracting oil.
  3. Heat Regulation: The BTCOP-40 has a variable heat setting. Heat helps in breaking down the cell walls of the seeds, aiding oil extraction. The operator can adjust the heat level as needed.
  4. Motor Power: The 3 HP motor with same capacity inverter with veriable speed to drives the screw, ensuring efficient seed crushing.
  5. Material Contact Parts: The parts that come into contact with the seeds are made of stainless steel (SS 304-L), ensuring hygiene and preventing contamination.
  6. Working Time: The machine can operate continuously for up to 12 hours.

7.Output: The extracted oil flows out through an outlet, while the crushed seed residue (cake) remains inside.

8.Dimensions and Weight: The BTCOP-40 is compact, measuring L 750 mm x W 500 mm x H 500 mm and weighing 120 kg±.
